You can request account deletion in the app from Settings โ Account โ Delete account. If that option is unavailable, email moshibary@gmail.com from your registered address. Subscription cancellation and refunds are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. Never send us passwords, authentication codes, or full payment-card details.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings โ Account โ Delete account. Your account is scheduled for deletion and removed within about 30 days. Changed your mind? Contact us before the 30 days are up.
Do I need an account to study?
No. Guest mode keeps everything on your device. An account is only needed if you want to sync your progress across devices.
My audio isn't playing.
Check your device isn't in silent mode and the in-app volume is up. Audio streams over the internet, so a connection is needed the first time a file plays. If the problem persists, email us with your device model, operating system, and OS version.
I found a mistake in the content.
Japanese varies by context, region, generation, and speaker, and some explanations are intentionally simplified. If you believe an item is misleading, unclear, or unsuitable for its stated context, send us a screenshot and the reason so we can review it.
Does Moshibary follow textbook Japanese?
Moshibary prioritizes Japanese that people commonly use in everyday situations. It may differ from prescriptive textbooks or exam rubrics. For exam-standard answers, academic grammar, professional translation, or important formal writing, use authoritative materials or qualified instruction alongside the app.
